Home / Nationals 2010

The 2010 National Bible Bee will be held at the Marriott Renaissance Convention Center Hotel in Schaumburg, Illinois.  From November 11th through 13th, three hundred finalists from the Local Bees across the nation will gather together in Chicago to test their Bible Memory and Bible Knowledge.  The top 15 competitors in each age division from the National Preliminary Oral Round and Written Test Round will move on to the single-elimination Semi-Final Challenge Round.  The five contestants in each division who prevail in this onstage challenge will rise to the Final Challenge Round which will determine the 2010 National Bible Bee winners.

Awards this year again total $140,000 for the Senior Division, $80,000 for the Junior Division, and $40,000 for the Primary Division, but only nine very exceptional young people will take them home. The National Bible Bee Contest experience is designed to encourage and recognize all of the National finalists for their diligence in Bible study and Scripture memorization. It is truly "The event of a lifetime" for them.

This has been intentionally designed to be a family-friendly event, with deeply discounted hotel room rates at the Renaissance and many surrounding hotels, a variety of fun activities for the whole family and booths representing The Shelby Kennedy Foundation’s many ministry partners.

Please make plans to be in the Chicago area with your family November 11-13, 2010. The strong witness to your children as they watch the Scripture recitation will be an encouragement to them. The flow of Scripture from young voices will be music to your soul, as well.
