We know that many families would find it helpful to have a sneak peek into the National Bible Bee Written Test. Hopefully, this small sample of Written Test questions will give you a better idea of what the contestants will be asked about Bible memory passage comprehension, Greek word studies and cross references. These examples will be written at age appropriate levels across the division. General content and comprehension questions from Colossians will also be asked.
In all of this, please remember, that our goal is not rote memorization, but rather to encourage young people to gain the skills and passion to deeply study the Bible. If your children have diligently worked on their Sword Studies and Bible Memory passages, they likely will do well on the Written Test; the greater accomplishment, however, is that they will have gained knowledge and understanding of God's truth through this inductive study of Colossians.
